Sucessful Tournament to Aid Joplin Schools Was Fun For All!

Bankers Security held our Thir-Tee Golf Tournament and fundraising effort, a celebration of our 30th Anniversary and a benefit for the Joplin Schools. More than $3000 was donated to the Joplin Schools Tornado Relief Fund to assist students and teachers during the difficult rebuilding process.
In 2011, every state in the Bankers Security service area was subjected to a variety of FEMA-designated weather-related disasters. Missouri and Kansas were the hardest hit, with Joplin, Missouri’s May F-5 tornado attracting attention around the world. The Bankers Security

All players enjoyed perfect weather for the scramble event which began with a lunch cateres by Zarda BBQ. Prizes included a Ping putter, gift certificates, and a long-gun safe. No player was lucky enough to make a hole-in-one on the designated hole, and the beautiful Ford Fusion made the return trip to our friends at Blue Springs Ford.
